Members of the Eureka Historical Society have spent over three years compiling the history of Eureka, Missouri and the surrounding area for the 2008 Sesquicentennial of the founding of the City of Eureka.

In addition to the history of Eureka, the history of the following communities are also included:  Allenton, Crescent, Diecke, Dozier, Mincke and Times Beach.  The book includes hundreds of family histories, along with various church, school, business, military and organization histories.
